Drag Chain En-masse  Conveyor is used in horizontally (or not more than 15 °) transporting powder or small granular materials.The drag chain conveyor is reasonable, novel structure, long service life, high reliability operation, energy efficient, sealing, safe and convenient maintenance. There are two models MS, MC scraper conveyor.

Working Principle of Drag Chain En-masse  Conveyor
When Drag Chain En-masse Conveyor transports horizontally, the pressure which comes from chains in conveying direction to the materials and the action which comes from the materials themselves cause internal friction. This friction ensures the stable situation between material layers, and it can overcome external frictional resistance which caused by moving materials in the trough and make materials transport as a whole fluid.

1. Large throughput,be up to 6m3/h—500m3/h;
2. Low energy consumption, with the aid of frictions between the materials ,the friction force can push the materials forward ,so the power can be saved 40% to 50% than screw conveyor.
3. Totallyenclosed, anti-pollution construction design,reducing the materials to overflow.
4. Long service life. The chain had been specially treated by heat treatment. The quenching process makes the service life of the chain be more than five years.
5. Reasonable arrangement process, material can be feed and discharged from many holes.
